Today was a track workout. So I did a 3 mile warm up to the trail and then I did 16x 400 meters with a 1 minute recovery in between each rep and after eight and halfway through the workout I took a 2minute break so I can complete the last 8 reps at the same time as the first 8. Then after the workout I did a three-mile cool down. When I got back to school, I did a series of stretches focusing on calves, hamstrings, hip, and quad because all of this had gotten quite sore from the sprints.
